HOLIDAY PROCESSING + SHIPPING TIME – EACH ORDER SHIPS 2-3 WEEKS FROM YOUR ORDER DAY DUE TO OUR LARGE VOLUME OF ORDERS. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE PAST DECEMBER 1st. EVERY YEAR WE GET ALL OF OUR ORDERS OUT IN TIME BUT AGAIN NO GUARANTEE. JUST A GENTLE REMINDER THAT WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS PAST 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE. Normal processing time is 1-3 weeks from date of purchase. Shipping time in the United States will take 2-3 business days. During a sale it usually takes a total of 2 – 3 weeks to process all orders. The confirmation that we have received your order will be your payment email from Paypal. Please do not e-mail us about your shipping time until its been 2 weeks from your order date, as it takes away from our processing your order. The sooner we can make it the faster you will get it. We understand ordering online and wanting your item asap but we get so consumed with emails we are unable to do our job. Once your item ships you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
***All Changes on Orders must be made within 24 hours. NO EXCEPTIONS.

**We strongly suggest selecting Insured Shipping. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged jewelry/packages. It’s the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.**

Refunds and Exchanges
All of our jewelry is handmade to order. We do not refund payments on custom orders. If it is something like an open heart necklace or something that is not hand stamped we can exchange it, if it has never been worn, within 30 days of the purchase date or we can offer in-store credit. Please email me at email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do. If the error occurs on our end, we are happy to replace it. If it is a mistake on your end we do charge. All returns the customer is responsible for return shipping and there is a $10 restocking fee. The best way is to USPS first class parcel with insurance. ******All changes on orders must be made within 24 hours. If you lose an earring, we do not replace earrings. No two are the same since each pair is handmade.
**If an error happens on our behalf we will fix the mistake but do not issue refunds. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to fix the mistake.
If you order a necklace or choker and the chain length does not work, we do charge a $10 restocking/labor/return shipping fee. The chain has to be unworn.
