James Michelle Jewelry llc accepts Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use Paypal to pay with your credit card or debit without signing up for a Paypal account.
Current processing time is 1-3 weeks. Shipping time in the United States will take 2-3 business days. International orders can be made through our Etsy Store jamesmichellejewlery.etsy.com. Please do not e-mail us about your shipping time as it takes away from our processing your order. The sooner we can make it the faster you will get it. We understand ordering online and wanting your item asap but we get so consumed with emails we are unable to do our job. Once your item ships you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
All Changes on Orders must be made within 24 hours. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refunds and Exchanges
We do not refund payments on custom orders, but we want you to be happy. Please email me at email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do. If the error occurs on our end, we are happy to replace it. If it is a mistake on your end we do charge. All returns the customer is responsible for return shipping. The best way is to USPS first class parcel with insurance. ******All changes on orders must be made within 24 hours. If you lose an earring, we do not replace earrings. No two are the same since each pair is handmade.
